How is your pricing structured — is it really per-month with no per-seat surprise?

Yes. Each tier has a clear staff or directorship band. You move tiers as you grow, not per-seat. No invoice ever has a line item you didn't expect.

Where is our data hosted, and is it UK-compliant?

All data is hosted in Google Cloud's London (europe-west2) region. We're registered with the ICO and the platform is built to UK GDPR and DPA 2018 standards. We never transfer personal data outside the UK without your explicit consent and a documented lawful basis.

Are you a registered UKVI sponsor management product?

Ilmove HR is built for Skilled Worker (Tier 2) sponsor licences — the employer-side compliance for hiring overseas staff. We hold the operational data the Home Office requires for an A-rated licence: Right-to-Work, CoS lifecycle, Reportable Events with 10-day SLAs, salary and address tracking, plus the audit log inspectors ask for. The licence itself is held by you; we keep the evidence trail. (We don't handle Student visa sponsorship — that's a separate licence track.)

Can I integrate with existing payroll, Xero or QuickBooks?

Yes — Ilmove Accountancy delivers payroll natively, and on Enterprise we'll feed your existing Xero, QuickBooks or Sage instance if you'd rather keep your bookkeeping in place. We don't lock you in.

What does support actually look like — UK hours, real humans?

UK-based support, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT. Professional and above get priority chat. Enterprise customers get a named customer success manager you can call directly.

Is there a free trial?

14 days on Ilmove HR, no card required. Ilmove Accountancy is a managed service so we start with a 30-minute discovery call rather than a trial — you'll know after the first call whether we're a fit.

How long is the minimum contract?

Ilmove HR — monthly rolling on Starter and Professional, 12 months on Enterprise. Ilmove Accountancy — 30-day notice on Starter and Professional, 90 days on Enterprise once a year-end is in flight.

Can you help us switch from our current HR or accountant?

Yes — switching is the most common conversation we have. We import staff lists, leave balances, document vaults and (for accountancy) prior-year trial balances. Onboarding typically takes 5–10 working days end-to-end.

What integrations do you offer beyond Xero and QuickBooks?

Calendly, Google Workspace, Indeed, LinkedIn Talent, Google for Jobs, SendGrid for transactional email, and Twilio for SMS reminders. Custom REST integrations on Enterprise.

Who actually owns Ilmove?

Ilmove Ltd is a UK-registered limited company, founder-owned. No PE backing, no churn-and-burn growth target. We answer to our customers, not a board chasing a 2027 exit.
